Session #1: The State of Today's Business Climate & Why You Need a Strong Team

Business is getting more and more challenging. What you need from people are their skills and critical thinking, so you are more dependent than ever on having a great team. And because you are working with humans and not robots, you have to concentrate on the “business part” and the “people part” of your company to succeed. In this video, Annie discusses what we affectionately call the “business part.”

Session #2: The Current Business Curve: How to Build a Bridge so You Do Not Drown in the Muck

In this session, Annie discusses business cycles and the importance of “building a bridge” to keep you from falling into the mucky bottom. It is time to get stabilized so that you create a stable business. What that means is that your team needs to be optimized. You need their collaboration and creative ideas as you navigate change. . Successful business is not done solo… to grow and achieve long-term success, you need a team.

Session #3: Goal Clarity & Self-Leadership

You can't move forward without a destination. This is like being left to wander. In this session, Annie teaches why it’s essential to set goals, take steps towards it, and re-evaluate and ask, “Is this still our goal?” Are we still on the right path to achieve our outcome? If needed and with the right tools, you can adjust what isn’t working or change direction due to external influences.

Session #4: CCORE Empowerment Process

The CCORETM Empowerment Process is a leadership skill and very much a life skill. In this session, Annie walks you through this process step-by-step. This is the way as a human being, we can be super successful, have great relationships, be happy in our lives, be fulfilled, and actually love the journey!  In business, we have to make a lot of decisions and they're not simple. To be able to be okay with that tension and pressure, the thing that makes the biggest difference is having the skills to stay in self leadership. 

Session #5: Leadership in Uncertain Times

The complexity in business and the need for an aligned, collaborative team is essential. It is becoming less tolerable to retain people who are not committed, who are resisting, or who spend time in self-protective behaviors. The most important thing to know is that Leading Edge Teams is here, step-by-step, to help you know what to do and where to start. Annie, Barbara and Heather discuss the critical tools that move you and your team through challenging times.
